Cream of Mushroom Chicken

This is one of my daughters favorite Chicken recipes.
I use boneless skinless chicken breast, pepper and one can of cream of mushroom soup. Put it all in the crockpot and that is it. I cook it 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Very frugal and easy. The taste is amazing.
This chicken just falls apart. A lot of times I make extrachicken when I make Cream of Mushroom Chicken so I can make Chicken Enchiladas with the left overs.
