9 cups of Rice Chex cereal
1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 1/2 cups of powderd sugar
Pour cereal in a large bowl. Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter
 and butter on high for 1 min, stir. Microwave another 30 sec. longer and stir till smooth.
 Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal and stir till coated. Pour into a large ziplock
 food-storage plastic bag with powder sugar. Shake untill well coated. I store this in
 another clean ziplock plastic bag and keep in the refrigerator.
