Sports and Camp Physical

I am sure a lot of us have kids that need sports and camp physicals this summer. I, like many people do not have insurance coverage to cover a well check for the physical. The kids can't go to camp or play sports without it. I made some phone calls yesterday looking into places to go for the physicals. I found that Urgent Care locations in my town do the physicals. They are charging $30.00 per child per physical. This is a great savings as my Dr. wanted $150 to $175 per child per sports physical. I hope this information will help lighten the load for the summer camps and sports.

Target is Paying its Customers to go GREEN

Make sure you check with your local Target about reusable bags. My Target will give me 5 Cents back for each reusable bag I bring in and use. It does not matter the style or the brand of the bag. So take your coupons and your reusable bags to Target. Save and go Green at the same time.

Thought I would pop in real quick and share some deals I found this week. I am going on a trip so I wanted some snacks. 

CVS:

•  Nabisco crackers/cookies on sale for $1.00 and I had coupons for $1/2. So that made them .50 cents each. 

• L'Oreal Vive Pro was on sale 2/$5 and I had coupons $1/1. So they were $1.50 each.

• Also, the Renpure Organics shampoo and conditioners were $6.99 each, on sale BOGO and they have a rebate for $6.99. So after rebate they are free!

• Miracle Whip was on sale 2/$3, and I used a $1/2 coupon and got them for $1 each. Be sure to check expiration dates!

Walmart 

• Gain dish soap on sale this week for .97 cents each, and I used $1/1 coupons...making .06 cents on that purchase.

Walgreens 

• Carmex Lip Gloss Free, as well as 8 count box of tampons Free (not pictured). 

So I got all the above products, plus the tampons for $7.44!

Make sure you check your coupons before you go shopping. When you have a coupon that does not have a product size and it is not something that you always buy, purchase the travel size to try it out. As far as Tide I do not use Tide but great to have samples around for trips or an emergency. The Tide was .97 each and I had 4 $1.00 off coupons.  The facial scrub we are trying that out. The scrub was .97 and I had 4 $1.00 off coupons.  The gum, it was buy one get one free.
